Digital Guitar Archive is a resource for digital and print classical guitar music.

Our print catalog so far includes editions on J.N. de Bobrowicz, William Foden, A.T. Huerta and J. K. Mertz.

An incredibly useful tool on this site is the Archive Search. There are over 5000 digital files linked within over 12,000 entries in the database. Thumbnails are provided for each page of the linked digital files totaling over 35,000 images. The Archive Search will be a tool for research and discovery as new databases are always being prepared.

GFA Convention

Site News I recently joined a lecture by Tom Heck and Ron Purcell at the 2008 GFA Convention in San Francisco titled "Research Resources Online." The presentation is available here as both a PDF and Powerpoint file.

Please note that all information contained in these files are the intellectual property of Robert Coldwell and Digital Guitar Archive.

Padovec Concertinos

Print News I am very happy to announce that I will be publishing the recently discovered Concertinos by Padovec edited by Stefan Hackl. Darko Petrinjak recently performed both Concertinos on April 16th and will be assisting with the editions. The editions should be out by June and will include text by Stefan, full score and removable parts.

Regondi excerpts

Print News Thank you all so much for helping to test the digital downloads through the online store. I have enough information now to help direct future digital edition projects. I have updated the Regondi file with some interesting information and moved the file to its catalog entry shown on the left side of this page under DGA Editions Catalog.

View the Regondi page.
